REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@wildstructure.store. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable goods or personal care items

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@wildstructure.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wildstructure.store.
